We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR. This website is served statically; personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

Hosting

The website is hosted with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When you access the site, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, timestamp, requested file) is processed; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Consent & cookies

We load no statistics, advertising or partner services without your consent. Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense and the Stay22 booking script are loaded only after you agree via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); until then Google Consent Mode is set to "denied". The only technically necessary storage is your saved choice (localStorage entry ml_consent).

You can change your decision at any time using the link in the footer of every page, or by deleting the saved choice in your browser.

Google Tag Manager

After your consent we load Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.), which manages the remaining measurement and marketing tags. This establishes a connection to Google servers and transmits your IP address. Without consent the container is not loaded.

Google AdSense

After your consent, we embed Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.) to display advertising. This may set cookies and transmit data (including IP address and usage behavior) to Google. More at policies.google.com/privacy.
