We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR. This website is served statically; personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

Hosting

The website is hosted with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When you access the site, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, timestamp, requested file) is processed; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Consent & cookies

We load no advertising or partner services without your consent. Google AdSense and the Stay22 booking script are loaded only after you agree via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); until then the advertising storage types of Google Consent Mode are set to "denied". Audience measurement with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 runs independently of this (see below). The only technically necessary storage is your saved choice (localStorage entry ml_consent).

You can change your decision at any time using the link in the footer of every page, or by deleting the saved choice in your browser.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to statistically evaluate the use of this website. Google Analytics sets cookies that allow your browser to be recognised; IP addresses are shortened by Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in audience measurement and improving our offering). Advertising storage types (Google Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are denied by default and only activated after your consent via the consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time). You can object to the analysis by blocking cookies in your browser or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
